We handle your orders both as a production agent
(F.O.B. or C.I.F.) where we include a small commission for the order follow-up, quality
control and inspection. Or we can handle your orders as a buyer/seller (D.D.P.), where we
buy the goods in the Far East and sell them to you after production including freight
charge, duty paid in Europe and delivery at your warehouse. It depends on the situation,
the order quantity and your request, whether we offer the FOB or DDP delivery terms.Under
F.O.B. or C.I.F. (Free On Board or Cost Insurance Freight) terms, the buyer normally
handles all the payments directly to the manufacturer in Asia. InnoVision Group supports
you with the follow-up on location and makes sure that the goods you order are the goods
you receive in perfect condition and according to your specifications.
Under D.D.P. (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, InnoVision Group issues a sales contract to
your company, and after production we send the goods directly to your warehouse custom
cleared and all freight etc. included.
If the order amount is small, or if you are one of our regular clients, payment terms
can be net cash at delivery, or in some cases, where the order amount is more than USD
10,000, we prefer a letter of credit or payment guarantee issued to InnoVision Group or the
factory in the Far East.
For production in some countries, i.e. Bangladesh issuing a letter of credit is the
best way to do business.
